For the past 10+ years, I have served as a Corporate Speaker & Workshop Leader for the Success Foundation - impacting the lives of millions of Next-Gen leaders, through Transformational Leadership Training & Development Curriculums.
In addition, my former professional career as a Sales Leadership Coach to high-performance teams, across multiple Lines Of Business in the Banking Industry - has inspired my life’s mission of building leadership cultures in organizations across all Caricom Island States.
