As an anthropologist, Sofia has spent several years studying and practising the art of the interview. For anthropologists, interviewing is a powerful way to learn more about different lifeways and worldviews from an insider perspective. 

Sofia is excited to apply these skills to the subject of business, something which lies at the intersection of economics and culture. This is especially true of business in the Caribbean region, where much of the history of modern business has been made. In her free time, Sofia likes to be with her parrots.
